I was already having a difficult day when I had a problem with my new Husqvarna chain saw. I went back to T & E with a huge chip on my shoulder and a snotty attitude. John came out, dealt with my belligerence very calmly, and immediately went to work on my saw. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Without ever once acknowledging my childish behavior, he was a total professional, both as a sales person and a small engine mechanic. I could not ask for better service from any dealer. Thank you so much.

And, my deepest apologies for my behavior to everyone at T & E. A valuable life lesson was handed to me, one which I thought I had transcended years ago but obviously hadn't. That is, to be kind and forgiving, no matter what the external circumstances appear to be. I can only hope to do better next time and to thank John for rising above my little battleground.
